Blackbird Agency has been part of the Synolia Group since 2024. Each company within the group remains the data controller for the data it collects through its own websites and services, unless otherwise stated.

We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below. Depending on your interactions with the Site, the following data may be collected:

5. Recipients of the Data

Your personal data is intended, within the limits of their respective responsibilities, for authorized internal teams at Blackbird Agency (sales, marketing, management) as well as the following processors, acting on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions:

  • OVH (OVHcloud) — website hosting
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — protection against attacks (DDoS), management of the content delivery network (CDN), and securing the Website’s data streams, which may involve processing technical data such as IP addresses
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (audience measurement)
  • Brevo — Our email marketing and marketing automation solution
  • Synolia — responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the technical security of the Website

These service providers have access only to the data strictly necessary for the performance of their services and are contractually bound to comply with applicable data protection regulations. Your data is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Data Transfers Outside the European Union

Some of our processors, notably Google (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager), may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, including adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the implementation of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. The Site is intended for a professional audience and is not intended for minors. Blackbird Agency does not knowingly collect data concerning minors under the age of 15.
